Today, Taxi Services Inc., one of the largest and longest-operating transportation service providers in the Twin Cities Metro Area, announced a corporate name change as part of a complete rebranding effort. 

The new name, Transportation Plus Inc., better identifies the wide range of services the company provides its significant number of customers, both consumers and businesses, in the Twin Cities Market. All 500+ vehicles in the company’s fleet will now prominently display the T-Plus logo.

Transportation Plus is also launching an e-commerce website ( with a new “Book Now” feature which will allow riders to easily place requests online and select from various payment options including fixed pricing. Users can set up ride notifications with online tracking sent directly to their mobile phones. At the end of the trip, customers also have the option to rate their T-Plus driver.

With more vehicle options and an expanded fleet, Transportation Plus is now truly a full-service transportation company offering Standard Sedans, Minivans (up to 6 riders), Wheelchair Accessible Vans, Black Cars, and SUVs (up to 7 riders). Customers can choose their preferred ride through any of the T-Plus booking tools, including the aforementioned website, the iHAIL app, SMS, or phone call. The iHAIL booking app is also being updated to a multi-market app available in several cities across the US and internationally. Additional features include fixed pricing, queue jump, trip ratings, and the ability to call or text the driver directly.
