The Twin Cities Premier Special Transportation Services (STS) Provider

With Mobility Plus, our dedicated Special Transportation Services, we ensure that elderly and disabled individuals in the Greater Twin Cities Metro area can travel with ease and dignity. With our fleet of 30+ wheelchair-accessible vans, 100+ STS ambulatory vans/sedans and a team of professionally trained drivers, we provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to get you where you need to go.
How to Schedule Your Ride
All Medical Assistance (MA) recipients and Medica members eligible for Special Transportation Services are responsible for selecting an STS provider and scheduling their own trips to and from medical appointments. To charge a ride to MA or Medica, have your State-issue MA ID# ready and call us at 612-888-8000 during normal business hours at least 24 hours before your ride. Our operators will check your eligibility and schedule your ride(s) accordingly.

All our vehicles are serviced every 3,500 miles and receive thorough inspections from ASE-certified mechanics, annually by DOT. You definitely won’t find that type of maintenance program at a ride-sharing company.
