Cancel and Refund Policy: Prepaid Credit Card bookings must be canceled at least 1 hour prior to the requested pickup time to receive a full refund within 48 hours. To request a refund for a Prepaid Credit Card booking that was canceled, please complete our Customer Service form or email us at refund@tplusride.com
